In re: Thomas Hurst, applying for writ of mandamus. Writ granted. It is ordered that a writ of mandamus issue commanding the trial judge to rule on relator’s habeas corpus petition filed on or about August 1, 1976 within ten days or show cause in this Court on or before January 28, 1977.
