In re: Dr. Thomas B. Flynn, applying for remedial writs. Granted. The denial of this writ application by the Court of Appeal on the ground that it was without jurisdiction was error. The case is remanded to the Court of Appeal for consideration of the application. La.Const. Art. V. § 10(A); Moity v. Mahfouz, 242 La. 625 , 137 So.2d 514 (1961); 38 Tulane Law Review 429 (1964).
