In re: Floyd P. Jacobs applying for writ of mandamus. Granted. On considering the petition of the relator, Floyd P. Jacobs, in the above entitled and numbered matter and further considering the fact that his petition for habeas corpus apparently was never filed in the district court, It is ordered that the district court, Parish of Jefferson rule on this petition, copy of which is attached, forthwith, advising this court the result of their determination.
