In re: Thomas Hurst, applying for writs of habeas corpus and certiorari. *898 Writ denied: Based on the record of the trials (found in this court under dockets Nos. 50,561, and 50,630, see also State v. Baudoin, 257 La. 583 , 243 So.2d 265 and State v. Hurst, 257 La. 595 , 243 So.2d 269 (1971)) we find no merit to the petitioner’s allegations.
