In re: Wesley Tumblin applying for writ of mandamus. *713 Writ granted. It is ordered that a mandamus issue commanding the trial judge to rule on relator’s habeas corpus petition and that a copy of that petition in the record of this court be transmitted to the trial judge for his ruling.
