In re: Glenn Schurr and Marco Morales applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, 342 So.2d 1248 , Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. ' Writ denied. Under the facts found by the court of appeal, we find no error of law. CALOGERO J., is of the opinion this writ should be granted.
