In re: Jefferson Parish School Bd. and Gulf Ins. Co. applying for certiorari, or writ *210 of review, to the Court of Appeal, 344 So.2d 42 , Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. Writ denied. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, there is no error of law. SUMMERS and MARCUS, JJ., are of the opinion that the writ should be granted.
