In re: John S. Shields applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition. Granted. Bond is ordered reduced to $40,000. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the bail should not be reduced and accordingly dissents on the ground that the trial judge did not abuse his discretion.
