In re: Raymond Campbell applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition. Not considered. The official U. S. postmark shows that the application was mailed one day past the 30 delay within which application for writs must be made. La.C. Civ.P. art 2167(2); La.Sup.Ct.Rule 10, Section 4(b) (1973). The application is not timely.
