347 So.2d 250 (1977) EDELMAN SYSTEMS, INC., et al. v. CAPITOL GMC, INC., et al. No. 60045. Supreme Court of Louisiana. July 1, 1977. *251 Writ denied. On the facts found, the result is correct. DIXON, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. At most, a judgment of non-suit might have been justified. In my opinion, however, the opinion of the trial judge is correct.
