In re: Willie Edmondson applying for writs of habeas corpus, certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and other writs. *249 Granted in part. Application transferred to district court to act upon relator’s new contentions as to ineffective assistance of counsel at time of trial. SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., are of the opinion that the writ should be denied.
