349 So.2d 329 (1977) Mrs. Nancy Riddle, wife of Curtis H. EVERETT v. Curtis H. EVERETT. No. 60080. Supreme Court of Louisiana. September 2, 1977. Writ denied. The result is correct. TATE, J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted. The foreign divorce judgment, which was rendered with legal representation of both spouses and with consent of both spouses, should not be nullified by Louisiana Courts.
