State ex rel. Gregoire v. Maggio

In re: Terry Joseph Gregoire, applying for writ of habeas corpus, alternatively for certiorari, prohibition. Writ granted. It is ordered that the trial judge conduct an evidentiary hearing on the allegations that relator was denied an appeal because of an alleged threat and that his counsel was ineffective. DIXON, J., is of the opinion that an out-of-time appeal should be granted.
