SUMMERS, J., dissents. This Court has consistently reduced bail bonds fixed by the trial judge in the exercise of a sound discretion. In most instances the reductions have involved defendants accused of violations of dangerous drug laws — in this case the possession of 3,000 pounds of marijuana.
