In re: American Employers Ins. Co. applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge. 324 So.2d 528 . Writ refused. There is no error of law in the judgments of the courts of appeal as to the bond. As to the law of the case issue, the result is correct.
