In re: Milton E. Rutledge applying for writ of mandamus. Writ granted. Based upon information from the District Attorney that the charges against relator, Milton E. Rutledge, have been dismissed, it is ordered that the Sheriff of East Baton Rouge withdraw the de-tainer or show cause in this court within ten days.
