In re: Edmond Talbot, III, applying for supervisory writs. Granted, in part, denied in part. As to assignments 1 and 2, the writ is granted and the trial court is ordered to hold an evidentiary hearing with respect to bail on the rape charge; as to all other contentions and assignments, the writ is denied.
