In re: Wrestle, Inc. applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and review. Writ granted. The massive seizure of publications without an adversary proceeding involving this applicant was constitutionally insufficient; A Quantity of Books v. Kansas, 378 U.S. 205 , 84 S.Ct. 1723 , 12 L.Ed.2d 809 , and is set aside. SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., are of the opinion that the appropriate action is to reduce the seizure to a single publication.
