Opinion text
In re: David L. Bagley, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Writ denied. Since relator cannot be sentenced to jail under La.R.S. 32:415, Argersinger v. Hamlin, 407 U.S. 25 , 92 S.Ct. 2006 , 32 L.Ed.2d 530 (1972) is not applicable here. Hence, ruling of trial judge is correct. SANDERS, C. J., concurs in the denial of the writ.
