In re: Eskar L. Poche applying for Supervisory Remedial Writs. *883 Writ granted. The stay order previously issued herein is continued in effect until relator’s appeal to the First Circuit Court of Appeal is finally disposed of. It is further ordered that the Court of Appeal expedite the hearing of the appeal.
