In re: Clarence J. Alombro, Jr., applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Orleans Parish: 344 So.2d 1066 . Insufficient showing of error or injury to justify this court’s exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction. Decision on appeal can allocate ultimate responsibility for court costs. The plaintiff is afforded 20 days from date of this court’s action to pay estimated costs, unless such time is further extended by the trial court. Writ denied.
