In re: James W. Friddle applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order. Writ denied. There is no error of law in the ruling of the trial judge. TATE, DIXON, and CALOGERO, JJ., concur, since there is an adequate remedy by review in the event of conviction.
