In re: Louisiana Public Service Commission, applying for supervisory writ of review and for a stay. Writ denied: Inadequate showing for supervisory review. The applicant’s remedy by appeal from final judgment may adequately protect the ratepayers, should the *1216 trial court have erred in its interlocutory ruling.
