GUIDRY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the consolidated matter entitled Ray’s Appliance and Air Conditioning Service Inc. v. K & D Enterprises, Inc. et al. our Docket number 6112, 350 So.2d 228 , the judgment appealed from is affirmed. Appellant is cast for all costs of this appeal. AFFIRMED. FORET, J., dissents as to the dismissal of the suit against defendant Eddie W. Knip-pers.
