In re: Kenneth Johnson, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for a stay order. Parish of Orleans. Granted. See State v. Clark, La., 317 So.2d 623 and State ex rel. Booth v. Becker, La., 345 So.2d 897 . Applicant is ordered removed from Angola and incarcerated in Orleans pending his appeal. SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS, J., dissent from the order.
