In re: Mrs. Brenda A. Courtney, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit. Parish of Ascension. 355 So.2d 72 . Writ denied. The issues are factual. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, there is no error of law in its judgment. TATE, J., dissents from the denial of this writ. CALOGERO, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. DENNIS, J., would grant the writ.
