In re: Tyrone Glenn Jefferson, applying for writ of mandamus. Parish of Orleans. Denied. The writ is an application for mandamus.ordering the trial court to rule on a writ of habeas corpus. A return from the district court indicates that the writ was denied in that court on June 28, 1978. The present application is therefore moot.
