In re: Jimmy J. Rodrigue, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for a stay order. Parish of Jefferson. Writ granted. The order of the District Court cancelling the bond is reversed and annulled; the bond is reinstated and the defendant is ordered released from the Jefferson Parish prison on his original bond.
