In re: Michael Bazley applying for writs of certiorari, review, prohibition, mandamus and stay order. Parish of Orleans. Writ granted. Since it does not appear that an evidentiary hearing has been held on defendant’s motion for reduction of bail, it is ordered that an evidentiary hearing be held.
