DOMENGEAUX, Judge. This ig a companion ease to the matter entitled “Vermilion Corporation v. Norman Vaughn”, No. 6258 on the docket of this court, 356 So.2d 551 . For the reasons assigned therein the judgment of the district court enjoining the defendant from using plaintiff’s property without permission is affirmed at appellant’s costs. AFFIRMED.
