In re: Donald Vigne applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition. Parish of Iberia. Granted. The judgment rescinding the order for a hearing on motion for new trial is reversed, and a hearing is ordered on the motion for new trial. (See C.Cr.P. 851(3) and 853).
