In re: Louis James Howard applying for writ of habeas corpus. Parish of Orleans. Writ denied. Based on the certified copy of the minutes showing that relator was represented by counsel at the time of his 1963 pleas of guilty, we find no merit to the relator’s application. DIXON, J., would grant the writ.
