In re: Louis J. Mirambell, Jr., applying for writ of habeas corpus. Parish of Jefferson. Writ granted: The defendant’s motion for a speedy trial is granted. The trial court is ordered to commence trial of the accused on the charge involved on or before October 26, 1978, or else dismiss the DWI charge against the accused.
