State ex rel. Dillard v. Civil District Court, Division D, Plaquemines Parish

In re: Melvin Dillard applying for writ of mandamus, Parish of Plaquemines. Writ granted. The trial judge is ordered, upon receipt of a request from the appellant, to set a time and date for confirmation of the preliminary default. Such time shall be not less than thirty days nor more than sixty days from receipt of the request.
