In re: Jennifer Johnson, Norman Johnson, II, David Johnson, and Judith Homes Necaise, their mother, applying for writ of review, Juvenile Court. Parish of Orleans. Granted. The orders of the Juvenile Court of November 14 and November 29 are set aside; the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans is ordered to proceed to complete the trial and determine the issues forthwith. The custody of the children is ordered restored to the mother.
