TATE, Judge. The plaintiffs-appellees move to dismiss the defendant’s appeal. The facts and contentions herein are identical with those in a companion appeal, in which we have this day sustained a motion to dismiss the appeal. Midwestern Fire & Marine Insurance Co. v. Miller, La.App., 143 So.2d 757 . For the reasons therein assigned, the present appeal is likewise dismissed. Appeal dismissed.
