In re Enos Verdin and Elizabeth Verdin applying for writ of certiorari, First Circuit Court of Appeal. Parish of Terrebonne. 366 So.2d 1001 . Writ denied. The defect complained of did not create an unreasonable risk of harm. The result is correct. DIXON and DENNIS, JJ., would grant the writ. BLANCHE, J., recused.
