ELLIS, Judge. This suit was consolidated, both for trial and on appeal, with the companion case of Mire v. Birmingham Fire Insurance Company of Pennsylvania, La.App., 176 So.2d 624 . For the reasons assigned in the Mire case, the judgment of the trial court dismissing plaintiff’s demands is affirmed at plaintiff’s cost. Affirmed.
