In re Jefferson Bank & Trust Co. applying for writ of certiorari, First Circuit Court of Appeal. Parish of East Baton Rouge. 367 So.2d 413 . Writ denied. While we disagree with the rationale and reasons assigned by the Court of Appeal in its interpretation of R.S. 9:3101 — 3109, the result is correct on the grounds of the facts found by the trial court.
