In re Timothy Lee Ernst applying for writ of certiorari, Second Circuit Court of Appeal. Parish of Ouachita. 367 So.2d 891 . Writ denied. Without subscribing to the reasons assigned by the court of appeal, nevertheless, the result is not incorrect. SUMMERS, C. J., would grant the writ.
