In re Dr. Joseph M. Nadell and Dr. Donald Richardson, applying for supervisory or remedial writs. Orleans Parish. No. 77-1837; C/A No. 10245. Writ granted. Our interpretation of the judgment of the district court is that it did overrule the plea of prematurity. Hence, case remanded to the court of appeal for it to examine its supervisory jurisdiction.
