In re Elridge J. Green, applying for cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit. Parish of St. Charles. 369 So.2d 248 . Writ denied. TATE and DIXON, JJ., would grant the writ. The court of appeal did not consider that the railroad employees had the last clear chance to avoid this accident.
