Opinion text
In re Glenn D. Rogers applying for writ of certiorari, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. Parish of Jefferson. 363 So.2d 246 . Writ denied. We find no error in the judgment of the Court of Appeal. Moreover, the motion for a new trial filed in the trial court on May 12 was not timely.
