In re Lloyd A. Delisle, applying for writs of habeas corpus, mandamus, certiorari and prohibition. Orleans Parish. No. 220-866. Writ granted. The trial court is ordered to issue a rule on the court reporter to show cause why he should not transcribe and deliver a transcript. It is further ordered that the Court appoint an attorney to represent the relator in this matter.
