In re Cargill, Inc., applying for motion and order for expedited hearing. Parish of St. Mary. No. 47,058. Granted. This Court’s order is amended to permit the depositions if the required statements are made available to Cementation at least three days in advance of the deposition and Cargill shall cite the time and place of the deposition at the same time.
