In re Robert Ernest Paul applying for remedial writ. Parish of Terrebonne. No. 86,622. Writ denied. Where defendant has an appointed or retained counsel, he is not entitled as of right to participate as pro se co-counsel. See United States v. Klee, 9 Cir., 494 F.2d 394 , cert. denied 419 U.S. 835 , 95 S.Ct. 62 , 42 L.Ed.2d 61 (1974). DIXON and CALOGERO, JJ., would grant the writ.
