The petitioner has already served the term of the sentence imposed as a result of the uncounseled guilty plea, so he is not entitled to relief under Argersinger v. Hamlin, 407 U.S. 25 , 92 S.Ct. 2006 , 32 L.Ed.2d 530 (1972). The trial court has indicated that it will not allow this conviction to be used as the basis for revocation of the petitioner’s probation.
