In re Timothy Todd Miller, applying for extension of time to file writs. 4th Circuit Court of Appeal. Orleans Parish. 370 So.2d 647 . Relief denied. The motion for extension of June 14th cannot be allowed to extend the statutory delay within which to apply for writs, and it cannot be considered as a writ application. Therefore, the pleading filed June 20th was untimely. DENNIS, J., would grant the writ.
