BAILES, Judge. This case is a companion to Muse v. Patterson &' Company, et al, on the docket of this court this day decided and reported in 182 So.2d 665 . For the reasons assigned in the companion case, the demands of the plaintiff herein are rejected. Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at appellant’s costs. Affirmed.
