In re Kermit Dawson, et al. applying for writ of certiorari, First Circuit Court of Appeal. Parish of Tangipahoa. 371 So.2d 283 . Writ granted in part, denied in part. Assessment of costs against plaintiffs was an abuse of discretion; all costs are ordered assessed against defendant. In all other respects the writ is denied.
